"Let's Keep it 100"

I asked the question to some people and want to know how you all feel about it as well.
People in life are always wanting and asking for people to be honest, truthful, 100, or however you want to put it. They claim that they can handle the truth and do not want or liked to be lied to. There is a saying that you should be careful of what you ask for because you just might get it. People are always being told and promised things by others in their life, now whether or not it is the truth or not depends on your situation and relationship in your past.
Well, I am making a point because I have witnessed people that somehow accepted dishonesty in their life and know that it is not anywhere near being truthful.

Q) Giving your personal opinion, what makes people come to this point?

Q) Is being truthful sometimes a thin line of being too blunt or even being too rude?

Q)Is there a good and reasonable time to not be truthful?

We all know cases where you or someone else has told someone what they WANT to hear, rather than to tell them what they NEED to hear, just to satisfy them or to not break their heart(s).

Q) Is or was this the best resolution for both you and that person?

Q)Eventually did the TRUTH come to the light and how did it affect the rest of your relationship with that person?

Q) If you or someone you know that has come across this in your life, have you or that person come accustomed to being told what you WANT, rather than what you NEED to hear?

  1. Hmm, I think that honesty is ALWAYS good but the manner in how it is relayed is what counts most. If it is coming from a place of love and not to be malicious then it can only elevate. Now, some people just are blinded by their emotions and don't like to take in constructive advice; that is one's own personal issue.

    A) they lie to themselves. if you build a house brick by brick based on lies the end result will be a mansion of lies with you as king/queen. they start by telling themselve half truths.. those have truths start to become your whole truths... i.e. "i did raise my voice at him so i did make him mad" so just cause you decided to come up an octave you deserve to be his personal punching bag? NO and stop tryin to make me think the same. WAKE up from your Beautiful Nightmare.

    A) Its all about presentation. Would you eat at a spot that got a can of RAID on the counter and just slops the food on ya plate? I dont think so. be straight up and to the point. YES, this will rub the ones in 'their' world the wrong way.

A)HAVE COMMON SENSE. if a person's family member just passed... throwing a party cause it ur birthday and you wanted to celebrate it is not the smartest move. That might be the truth in the matter but your timing pal is all off. Each situation is different so evaluate it as a whole before you decide to be truthful.
